Crissy!

As you know, I recently found a Velvet doll in 

the thrift store.  This made me want a Crissy doll 

like the one I played with as a girl.

And here she is! I found her online.

She definitely needs a spa day!

And yikes, look at that hair!

Her dress got put into a cold water soak.

Look at all that dirt!

And Crissy got a spa day!

After a good long bath 

Crissy got her hair all brushed out

until it was smooth and left her to dry.

The next morning her hair was dry and

her dress was dry and she was ready!

Doll and dress are all clean.

BUT!

I decided to make her a new dress.

I adapted a wrap dress I have made

for our American Girl Dolls.

Pretty groovy Crissy!
